Bookings & Cancellations
Class bookings and must be made: via the PTMinder app
Class bookings are free for anyone subscribed to the following packages
Beast Mode PT
You may cancel a class via the app, up to 6 hours prior to the start of the class. If you cancel within 6 hours you will still be charged for the class. If we (or you) are able to find a paying replacement then we will refund you in full.
Personal Training subscriptions and single sessions must be paid in advance using the subscription service in the PTMinder app.
Payments will be taken on the same day of the month that you start your subscription.
You will not be able to book a personal training session if your monthly subscription is not up to date.
Postponing a Personal Training Session
We understand that sometimes life gets in the way meaning you need to cancel or move a personal training session. To help us manage our time effectively would ask that give us at least 24 hours notice of postponement.
Wherever possible we will move your booking to a mutually agreeable date and time within 14 days of the original booking.
If you postpone or cancel within 24 hours, we cannot guarantee that the session can be re-arranged.
You may only postpone/move 1 Personal Training session per calendar month.
Any catch up sessions accumulated because of holiday or illness can only be re-booked if you have an active subscription.
If you’re late for your session, your session length will be reduced accordingly, and you will be charged at the normal session rate.
Cancelling your subscription
You may cancel your subscription at anytime. You must e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org at least 7 days prior to your next payment date in order to gurantee cancellation before your subscription automatically renews.
It is essential that we all follow the current Covid-19 restrictions. We will keep you updated with whatever restrictions are in place in our area via e-mail and the website.
