SEAN'S
STORY
I lived most of my life not really thinking about what I ate and I certainly wasn't one for doing exercise. I reached my peak fattiness when my son was born in 2008. It gave me a great excuse to be lazy about food choices and within a few months my weight and general health spiraled out of control.

I remember thinking "I am going to need a whole load of energy to keep up with this little chap" and I also didn't want to be 'A Fat Dad' so I decided to hit the the Terminator Diets, you know, the ones where you always find yourself saying "I'll be back". I fell for every marketing trick in the book, spent a fortune and got nowhere fast.
You name it I tried it, and the worst part: I hated every one of them. While I lost a little weight, I was still slipping back into old habits easily and putting weight back on. I was resigning myself to the fact that I was going to be fat forever because I just didn't know what to do.
"I don't think I realised before how shitty I felt all the time. Sluggish, tired, ill and generally unhealthy. I guess I just got used to feeling that way so it became normal"
MOMENT OF TRUTH

Then things changed. I bit the bullet and visited a local gym, which is where I met Angela. She talked me through some ideas about nutrition and then bounced me off the walls of the gym . Looking back, what we did was easy but I was so unfit that it was probably the most effective workout I'd ever done and it was only 15 mins.
That was it, I was hooked. I never once looked back. I loved every training session, my nutrition was on point and I only had to workout twice a week. The secret was cleansing my body and eating real food, something I'd never really thought about previously.
Before I knew it, I was signing up for 10K obstacle races, Running in my spare time and most importantly I was keeping my body clean. I was actually loving trying out new things and for the first time in my life, creating new and better habits and I genuinely felt amazing.

Creating Anybody Fitness with Angela was an unexpected step in my life's journey, I never thought I would ever associate myself with the fitness industry but it just goes to show that if I can do it, anyone can.
